By using Planscaper (planscaper.globaltoolsbox.online), operated by Global Tools Box, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Planscaper is a free browser tool that converts 2D plans into 3D scenes. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not use the tool for unlawful purposes.
• Do not click on ads for the purpose of generating revenue artificially.

3. Your content

Plans, images and files you use stay on your device. You keep all rights to the scenes and exports you create. You are responsible for having the right to use any images or DXF files you import.

4. Our content and third-party assets

The Planscaper name, design and code belong to Global Tools Box. Some included 3D models and textures come from free CC0 (public domain) sources. You may not copy or resell the Planscaper tool itself.

5. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party sites you visit through them.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate. See also our Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Tools Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Because projects are stored on your device, you are responsible for saving backups.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
